Nasi Goreng China,(Fried Rice) First recipe Of the Year
Nasi Goreng China, Also known as fried rice i have chosen this as my first dish as it it absolutely delicious and the best thing about it is you can make it they way you want it to your taste.
I discovered this dish on my recent trip to Malaysia where i tried and lent to make many more dishes that i will slowly add as the time passes.

Ingredients
1 bowl of cooked, cold white rice
1 small bowl of fresh prawns
1 small bowl of sliced fresh chicken pieces
1 small bowl of green peas
1 small cup of sweet corn
2 beaten eggs
1 medium sized onion, thinly sliced
small piece of root ginger
2-3 red chillies (pounded)
2-3 pips garlic (pounded)
1 spring onion (sliced thinly for garnish)
pinch of salt
Method
Heat the oil and cook the chilli, onion and garlic until fragrant. Put in the chicken and stir for 3 - 4 minutes Next add the prawns and garden peas sweet corn and stir for a few minutes Now add the beaten eggs and stir in. Then add in the rice, salt and mix well. When well mixed, remove and sprinkle spring onions on top before serving.
